About Us

Our childhoods were polar opposite. Marita grew up in a Christian home, granddaughter of a pioneer Pentecostal pastor, while Les grew up in the home of an abusive alcoholic. After Les accepted Christ, we met at church and managed to blend our two backgrounds together. Three children, five grandchildren, and thirty years later, we are more in love than the day we said "I do".

Marita felt the tug on her heart at the age of thirteen to serve God in full-time ministry. While Les stepped right into lay ministry as a brand new Christ follower, he didn't feel the confirmation of His call to career ministry until shortly after we were married.

After twenty-five years of ministry experience, the pull to evangelistic ministry has a tight hold on Les' heart. For the past five years, he has been in pursuit of this and believes now is the time to step boldly through the doors God will open.
